Manuka
Honey has a texture and aroma that is unique to manuka with a slightly
bitter, herbaceous flavour. It is considered to be New Zealand's premium
honey variety. Throughout history honey has been used for medicinal
purposes. Recent research has revealed that Manuka can have varying
amounts of anti-bacterial properties, so it is useful in the medicine
